When our clients came to us dreaming of a luxury baby shower with Parisian flair, we knew Chateau Bellevue in Austin was the perfect backdrop. Guests arrived ready to celebrate the upcoming arrival of little Paris, and from the moment they stepped through the doors, every detail was curated to delight the senses—because at Amanda Para Events, hospitality isn’t just service; it’s a full sensory journey.

Setting the Scene

Chateau Bellevue’s timeless architecture provided the ideal canvas for a celebration that felt simultaneously elegant, whimsical, and effortlessly luxurious. Every element—from florals to furniture, music to menu—was hand-selected to tell a cohesive, editorial story. A Stunning Mother-to-Be

The radiant mother-to-be wore a spectacular blue ballgown, a show-stopping look that perfectly balanced glamour and approachability. She was the heart of the celebration, and every design element—from tablescapes to florals—was thoughtfully curated to complement her elegance and the Parisian theme.

Parisian-Style Dining & Sweet Indulgences

Guests were treated to a Parisian high tea menu curated by ATX Limelight Catering, featuring delicate bites, savory treats, and artisanal teas served with precision and grace. Sweet indulgences came from Rocheli Patisserie, offering French desserts that were as beautiful as they were decadent, paired with artisan coffee from Creature Coffee Co. for the ultimate refined treat.

Florals, Stationery & Signage

Exquisite Petals created lush, romantic florals that evoked a Parisian garden, soft pastels accented with greenery for visual depth. The Inviting Pear provided custom stationery, while ATX Laser Design created bespoke signage that guided guests seamlessly through the event, blending function with elegance.

Immersive Experiences & Luxe Touches

A live artist from Vogue Vignette captured guests in hand-sketched portraits, creating personalized keepsakes and interactive moments that left everyone delighted. Whim! Hospitality provided rentals to including a curved bar, statement linens, and layered textures that reinforced the Parisian-chic design, while Peak Beverage elevated the beverage experience with bespoke bartending services.

Music & Atmosphere

The ambiance was further enhanced by Curlytop Jazz’s Bossa Nova ensemble, providing soft, sophisticated live music that complemented the Parisian aesthetic and ensured an unforgettable sensory experience.

Cake & Sweet Details

A custom cake by Sweet Treats Bakery created this one-of-a-kind Carousel Cake – every inch of it, edible! Each bite was as visually stunning as it was indulgent, perfectly complementing the high tea menu and French pastries. Thank you to Sweet Treats for running with me when I ask to make one more wild item into cake!
